Identified - Please be aware that, in response to a cyber-security advisory issued by a third-party supplier, we have temporarily restricted access to some of our services as a precautionary measure. Our teams are completing the necessary security checks and remediation as a priority to ensure the protection of our customers and their data, and we hope to restore service as soon as we can. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience during this time.
What this means for you:
ApplicantStack is currently unavailable. You and your team will not be able to log in.
Your career pages and application forms are also unavailable, so candidates cannot view jobs or submit applications.
Applications that candidates started but did not submit before access was restricted have been lost. Those candidates will need to start again once service is restored.
Emails and notifications from ApplicantStack will be delayed. This includes messages to candidates, such as application confirmations, and alerts to your team. They will be sent once service is restored.
