Scheduled
As part of our ongoing performance enhancement plan, Swipeclock will conduct an important update on our database servers on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023, at 11:10pm EST / 9:10pm MST.

As a result, timekeeping services will be inaccessible for a short period of time. We estimate the downtime to last no longer than 30 minutes.

This maintenance will affect the following.
• Our WebClock and mobile applications will be offline during the maintenance window.
• Punches will NOT be recorded via WebClock, TW Mobile, or TWE Mobile during the maintenance window.
Manual tracking of punch information will be required during the maintenance window if employees are using any of these methods to clock in/out.

All models of hardware clocks will continue taking punches.

The following Swipeclock timekeeping modules will be offline during the maintenance window; TimeWorks, TimeWorksPlus (including all Accountant and Employee Portals), WebClock, TW Mobile, and TWE Mobile, as well as all WorkforceHub, TimeWorksPlus API and WorkforceHub API.

Standalone products (not using timekeeping), including TimeSimplicity, HUB, and ApplicantStack will not be affected.

We selected the time for this outage to impart minimal impact. However, we encourage you to alert any clients who may be affected by this maintenance downtime.

Thank you,
—Swipeclock
