Due to power outage issues in our HUB/WorkforceHUB data center that have continued throughout the day, we are announcing a change in the timing for the system maintenance that was scheduled to begin Friday (tomorrow) July 14th. We are moving this maintenance window up 24 hours and will now be performing the maintenance tonight, July 13th, between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm MDT. This maintenance will ensure that our systems are no longer susceptible to issues occurring in the data center. Actual downtime with this project will begin at approximately 10 minutes after the top of the hour. (8:10pm MDT)

As part of our ongoing commitment to continual improvement, we are announcing a scheduled maintenance and associated downtime across our WorkforceHub and HUB platforms as we deploy exciting improvements that will enhance system performance, reliability, and security.

This maintenance will affect all users of Swipeclock HUB and WorkforceHub. During the maintenance period, these Swipeclock solutions will be inaccessible. We selected late Friday to minimize impact on most businesses.
