Swipeclock will be performing scheduled maintenance and security on the TimeSimplicity servers on Sunday, September 7th, beginning at 6:00 PM MDT. This maintenance window is expected to last approximately 3 hours, during which access to TimeSimplicity and other scheduling services will be temporarily unavailable.
During the maintenance window, the following functionality will be impacted and not available: · Direct Login access to TimeSimplicity · Schedule creation and posting for both WorkforceHub variations and TimeSimplicity · Daily schedule reminders will not be sent · Accessing the schedule page via the web, mobile app, or desktop will not be available for managers or employees
Please note: Employees will still be able to view schedules already posted in the app or via the web for WorkforceHub, but no updates or modifications can be made during this time.
