We are currently aware of an issue impacting page load times within ApplicantStack Recruit and Onboard.

Our team is actively investigating the matter. At this time, the behavior appears to be related to ongoing regional service disruptions within AWS infrastructure, which are affecting communication between services and may result in slower page loads or intermittent timeouts. Because this appears to be regional, it may not impact all ApplicantStack accounts.

Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and working to mitigate the impact where possible while AWS addresses the underlying issue. We will provide an update as soon as additional information becomes available or when service performance has been fully restored.
