Swipeclock will be performing a second round of scheduled maintenance on the TimeSimplicity servers on Sunday, September 14th, beginning at 6:00 PM MDT. This maintenance window is expected to last approximately 3 hours, during which access to TimeSimplicity and related scheduling services will be temporarily unavailable.

During the maintenance window, the following functionality will be impacted and not available:
- Direct login access to TimeSimplicity
- Schedule creation and posting for both WorkforceHub variations and TimeSimplicity
- Daily schedule reminders will not be sent
- Accessing the schedule page via the web, mobile app, or desktop will not be available for managers or employees

Please note:
Employees will still be able to view schedules already posted in the app or via the web for WorkforceHub, but no updates or modifications can be made during this time.

We recognize that the first maintenance window did not fully complete as planned, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. This follow-up window is necessary to finalize the updates and ensure long-term reliability and performance improvements.
