On Sunday, March 22, we will be performing scheduled system maintenance that requires a service outage window between 1:00–3:00 PM MT.
While the maintenance window is two hours to allow for testing and validation, the expected service interruption is approximately 15 minutes. The update is scheduled to begin at 1:15 PM MT to avoid interfering with punches at the top of the hour, and services are expected to be restored by approximately 1:25 PM MT.
This update moves HUB from a self-hosted database architecture to AWS RDS, a managed service that provides several improvements, including: Increased redundancy through multiple availability zones High-availability failover via active standby Improved performance Enhanced security compared to self-hosted servers Increased storage durability through managed S3 backups and snapshots Better visibility and insights into database performance
